SARA TUTORING
Privacy notice
Updated October 2, 2026
This notice explains what happens to information when you use this website or schedule tutoring with Sara. The website itself does not have a contact form or collect payment information.
On this website
The website saves your light or dark mode choice in your browser's local storage. It does not currently use advertising or analytics scripts. Once the site is published, its hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
Scheduling and lessons
When you follow a booking link, you leave this website and use Cal.com. Cal.com asks for a booker's name, email address, and information needed to arrange the session. In-person bookings may also require a meeting address. Sara uses booking details to respond to requests, schedule and provide tutoring, communicate about lessons, and manage cancellations and records. Please do not put sensitive personal information in booking notes.
Booking information may be shared with connected Apple and Google calendars. Online sessions use Zoom, which receives the information needed to create and join the video meeting. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms: Cal.com privacy policy, Zoom privacy statement, Apple privacy policy, and Google privacy policy.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian should make the booking and provide their own contact details for a student under 18. Please share only the student information needed to plan a lesson.
Payments
Payment is due at the end of each lesson and handled directly with Sara. This website does not collect card or bank details, and the booking links do not charge at checkout. If you use a separate payment provider, its privacy terms will apply to information you provide there.
Your choices and questions
You can clear the saved theme preference through your browser settings. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information Sara has from a booking, use the introductory call link. Some records may need to be kept for scheduling, business, or legal reasons. Cal.com and other providers have their own retention practices, described in their privacy notices.
This notice will be updated if the website adds a contact form, analytics, or an online payment service.
